Woodpecker Flooring guarantees all its Engineered, Solid wood, and Bamboo floors for 100 years, and it guarantees its Stratex floors for 25 years.

Delivery

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over £500 on all products including Woodpecker flooring UK Mainland Monday to Friday.
    If below £500, then we apply a flat fee of £42 for floors, £60 for tiles and £14.99 for light accessories
     
  • FREE Click & Collect from our store in Reading, Berkshire
     
  • Goods are typically delivered within 2-3 days (unless you prefer us to keep it at the warehouse until you are ready) on a chosen day.
    Please contact over email: shop@easyfloorstore.co.uk, chat or phone: 0118 3660575 to agree on the best delivery date for you
     
  • Next day deliveries are also possible if you require your flooring urgently
     
  • All Woodpecker deliveries are made either from Woodpecker's main warehouse or our store in Reading (some popular lines we keep in stock at our showroom) and are made as a kerbside delivery on a pallet (unless certain accessories or a special delivery arranged by a courier)

Returns

  • First of all - we assist you as much as we can with any issues including Returns
     
  • On Woodpecker brand we offer Hassle-Free Returns of Unused, Unopened, Undamaged packs within 120 days
     
  • Accessories products can be exchanged (if wrong colour, type is chosen for example)
     
  • If you change your mind and wish to return the products for a full refund - no problem, we assist you with that. 
    There likely to be a re-stocking fee of 20% applied by the Woodpecker associated with the costs of delivery / collection, etc
     
  • If you are willing to exchange, there would be no re-stocking fee applied, but maybe additional delivery/collection costs applied
